[Extendflash] debugging jsfl?

There is no JSFL debugger at this point. This is a really good question
and request though. We have though about it internally but time and
priorities haven't allowed us to implement any debugger of the type yet.
The best debugging methodology I know of for JSFL is to use the
equivalent of "trace" statement: not ideal but it works! :)
