[Extendflash] Way to open any file with JSFL?

I have a word document I would like to open with JSFL. I've been looking 
all over for this but have not found anything. Is this possible? Is it 
possible with any file type? This shouldn't be a security issue because 
with FLfile you can read, write and erase files so I would think there 
would be a way.
